The architecture of the Westside Tower was crated by the architecture office meyerschmitzmorkramer, which was separted into holger meyer architekten and caspar.schmitzmorkramer in 2019.

The trapezoidal geometry of the architectural design divides the tower into various components that can be read through vertical joints. The emphasis on the corners of the Westside Tower leads to a distinctive, recognizable building shape. The division of the facade area enables the new apartments to be optimally aligned, particularly on the north side.

In the Westside Tower, 244 rental apartments are available, especially for singles, couples and families. The apartment tower was designed in such a way that it is based on the urban life plans of its tenants. The underground car park consists of two basement floors and has 206 parking spaces. There are also various service concepts for users: car-sharing offers, a reception hall with concierge, bicycle parking spaces, a daycare center, and a private garden behind the high-rise apartment building.
