In Niederrad, a former office building is currently being converted into a residential building with micro apartments. The building at Hahnstrasse is being revitalised by two project developers from Offenburg and converted into a residential tower block. The apartment sizes vary between 24 and 35 square meters per apartment, according to the project client. Residents will have access to a fitness centre, as well as a media room and library.
Architectural implementation is the responsibility of the architects Baumann and Plobner from Stockstadt.
Planning and Construction
The building is still fenced, but now after a year no new changes are visible.
Status September 2019: Construction containers were placed. A project manager told the SKYLINE ATLAS that construction would begin in the weeks to come.
