On one of the last available sites in Gateway Gardens at Frankfurt Airport, the Amelias Parkoffice office building will be built from 2023. The design is by Mäckler Architekten. The client is OFB Projektentickung GmbH. With a total of 5,500 square meters of rental space, the building offers a flexible floor plan with a variety of uses. It is located at the 23,000-square-meter Quartierspark, a short distance from restaurants, shopping, hotels and a bilingual daycare center.

The Amelias Parkoffice, for which LEED certification is being sought, will have a total of seven full floors and a basement. The rental space on the standard floors starts at around 880 square meters. There will also be 63 underground parking spaces with e-charging stations for cars and e-bikes powered by solar electricity. An outdoor terrace will also be implemented on the first floor.

The planned equipment includes air conditioning via concrete core activation as well as suspended metal heating and cooling ceilings in the conference and meeting rooms. Furthermore, external sun protection, floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened, and a digital power consumption display in the foyer of the building powered by solar energy are planned.
