Burj Al Arab
Burj Al Arab is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Dubai and widely referred to as the world’s only seven star hotel. Built on a man-made island 280 meters off Jumeirah Beach, it is connected to the mainland by a private bridge and stands 321 meters tall, making it one of the tallest hotels in the world. Its sail-shaped design reflects Dubai’s maritime roots and futuristic vision.
Since opening in 1999, Burj Al Arab has become a global symbol of ultra-luxury. The hotel features 202 duplex suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, private entrances, and 24-hour butler service. The Royal Suite alone spans over 780 square meters. Guests arrive by Rolls Royce, helicopter, or private yacht, and enjoy access to a private beach, a terrace with two infinity pools, and world-class dining.
The hotel is home to nine restaurants and bars, including Al Muntaha on the 27th floor and Al Mahara with its floor-to-ceiling aquarium. The Skyview Bar offers panoramic views over the Gulf and Downtown Dubai. Even non-guests can book dining or afternoon tea to experience the interior.
Burj Al Arab is more than a hotel. It is a global icon of Dubai’s rise as a luxury destination and continues to attract royalty, celebrities, and travelers from around the world.
