The St. Regis Residences is an ultra luxury residential project by Refine Development Management, developed in partnership with Adventz Group and East & West Properties, and created in collaboration with the world renowned St. Regis hotel brand. Set in the prime Downtown Dubai district, the tower is configured with a basement level, a ground floor with mezzanine, four podium floors, 55 residential storeys, and a rooftop.
