Baccarat Residences Tower 2 forms the residential component of the prestigious Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai, situated in the center of Downtown Dubai. Developed through a collaboration between Shamal Holding and H&H Development and exclusively marketed by Sotheby’s International Realty, the tower represents a new benchmark in branded luxury living.

The building is defined by an unconventional vertical layout that includes two basement levels, a ground floor, multiple amenity and mezzanine levels, and a series of low-density residential floors. Its architectural concept draws inspiration from Baccarat’s 250-year legacy, translating the elegance of crystal craftsmanship into a contemporary glass façade that plays with light and reflection. The design was conceived by Studio Libeskind, with bespoke interiors curated by 1508 London.
