Dubai Marina is a large-scale waterfront community located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, about 20 kilometers southwest of Downtown Dubai. It is developed around a man-made canal stretching more than three kilometers along the Arabian Gulf. Construction began in the early 2000s and continues today, with new towers and mixed-use projects still being added.
When fully developed, Dubai Marina is expected to be home to over 120,000 residents across more than 200 high-rise buildings, including some of the tallest residential towers in the world.
